Holy Week

Last week I didn’t blog… AT ALL! I didn’t mean to. I just didn’t. I didn’t really get on Twitter. I didn’t read many blogs in my feeder. I just didn’t do much of that thing we call social networking.

What I did do?

I spent more time with God than normal. I networked socially with Him! Each day a few of us men gathered at Xtreme and read through scripture that led up to the cross and talked through our thoughts on Jesus and the disciples, how they reacted to His words, actions, and death. I prepared my heart for the remembrance of His death and the celebration of His resurrection.

Let me tell you, a worship leader’s busiest weeks are Holy Week and the week before Christmas. There is so much planning. So much rehearsal. So much prayer and preparation. It’s crazy.

Hopefully I can get back on the blog wagon and pump out some writing. I hope you missed me.
