3.3.13 Worship Rewind

Worship Rewind 2013

Wondering if the cold kept a lot of folks home today but we still had a great time today at Xtreme. We started off with Victory In Jesus. It’s pretty similar to the original hymn version but we put our own spin on it.

We moved our announcements to after the first song mixing it up a little. After the welcome, we went into Here For You. Love playing that song.

It’s been a while since we played Because Of Your Love so it was good to play that song again.

Lastly we went into the classic I Love You Lord. We also added the chorus to Because Of Your Love in the middle of it. That played well.

Worship was good today and had an amazing Executive Team meeting vision casting for the next few months. I’m looking forward to what’s to come to Xtreme in the next months. I’m serious when I say you don’t want to miss what’s in store. Start inviting folks now. The experience is gonna be wild!

I like the blog better when you go into detail about the songs. Such as how God led you to that song, what worked or didn’t work in the song, What was your personal reaction and the church’s reaction to the song. I love reading this and reliving the morning, I just want more!!!!

Right on Thomas. Today, I just had a lot on my mind outside of leading worship and there didn’t seem to be anything that stuck out to me this Sunday that felt needed to be written down.
