Thoughts from the Village

Today at Village Church we learned a few things about prayer.

  • Praying is knocking on a friend’s door.
  • Paul asked for a measure of things for his friends in Colossae; their joy, their strength and endurance, for their knowledge of His will, and for their wisdom and understanding.
  • Prayer is talking to God. Communication is two way.
  • Prayer is just as important for others as it is for yourself.

Colossians 1:3 – We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you
